SAW Membership
SAW is dedicated to being an environment where artists are free to create and experiment with new work. As a Member, you play a vital role in fulfilling this mission. Your support goes toward meeting SAW’s operating expenses, which allow us to host resident artists, develop new workshops, and create new and exciting events. Members ensure the health and vitality of these programs that reach artists from around the world. In addition to the impact you as a Member make on SAW, you also receive invitation to exclusive events and discounts on merchandise and workshops. Exhibitions Sneak Peak

Join us for a preview of our first exhibitions of the season. As a Member, you can be among the first to view group shows Eobiont in the Cary House Gallery and Plastic! in Barn 2 Gallery. As part of this preview, Benjamin Hillis, SAW’s curator and co-Associate Director will offer up a sneak peek into the summer’s full slate of exhibitions.
Earth Oven Launch
Time: 7 pm
Year 7 Emerging Artist Garrett Anders-Lauten returns this July to spend a week in residence building an earth oven at SAW. We invite Members to join us for the oven’s inaugural firing. Enjoy fresh-baked bread from our earth oven, complemented by wine and cheese in celebration of this addition to SAW’s outdoor kitchen.
Virtual Salem2Salem

This international artist exchange is taking place in Germany this year, but you can still be a part of it. While the artists are in residence at Schule Schloß Salem (Salem Castle) in Germany, SAW will live stream a performance in Barn 1. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the continued evolution of this residency in preparation for its return to SAW in 2013.
Events are exclusive to SAW Members and are $10 each. Drinks and light fare will be served.
